Lori Burt, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Lori has been working in the Employee Benefits Industry for the past 18 years. Her focus has always been on delivering exemplary service and innovative solutions to plan sponsors and plan advisors, particularly in the areas of Health, Pharmacy and Disability Benefits Management. Most recently Lori was responsible for managing a large sales and account management team in the Corporate Benefits office for a major insurance provider. Lori is very excited to be a part of the SAM Solutions team where her goal will be to raise the awareness of the services being offered by SAM Solutions so that together we can significantly impact the success of Disability Programs being offered by plan sponsors and plan advisors.

Leslie McMillan, Vice President, Operations

Leslie has a BA from The University of Waterloo, focusing on social work services, and a diploma in Rehabilitation Counseling from Seneca College. Leslie's years of experience in rehabilitation consulting and in Client Services Management have given her a thorough understanding of the issues impacting the medical, psychological, and socioeconomic factors facing employers and employees during an absence. Leslie's roles as manager and then director of Disability Departments at five major insurance companies ensure that her focus results in strategically planning and implementing your client’s absence management program.
